You have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll. You may enroll in one of four ways:
- Online at colgatebenefits.com
- Using the Alight mobile app on your smartphone
- By calling the Benefits Information Center at 1-888-98CPCares (1-888-982-7227)*
- Making an appointment with the Colgate-Palmolive Benefits Counselor at colgate.myenrollmentinfo.com or call 866-770-6523.
*Representatives are available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
If you don’t enroll in your Health and Insurance benefits during the initial enrollment period (or, the date you become eligible for U.S. benefits), you will receive the coverage here for the remainder of the year.
Once your initial enrollment period ends, your benefit elections cannot be changed until the next Annual Enrollment period unless you experience a qualified life event.
